"CARROLL – Suddenly, on December 22, 1910, John F., beloved husband of Kate Carroll. Relatives and friends, also B. P. O. E., No. 2.; Phila. Fire Department, Truck No. 7; 14th Ward Republican Club and all other societies of which he was a member, are invited to attend the funeral, on Monday, at 8.30 A. M., from his late residence, 1325 Brandywine St. Solemn Requiem Mass at the Church of the Assumption, at 10 A. M. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery."
His parents were Patrick and Sarah Carroll, who were both born in Ireland.
