She died at her home at Piedmont, Kansas, on December 30, 1920 at the age of 76 years, 8 months and 23 days.

Was married to George P. Fudge March 31, 1864.

She became a Christian at the age of nineteen years and has lived a consistent Christian Life from that time until death. Her husband preceded her some thirty years ago and she was left with a number of small children to whom she devoted her life, never considering any sacrifice too great to be made for their benefit.

Of the eleven children born to her, two died in infancy; two died after growing to manhood. The seven surviving children are: M.S. Fudge of Timberlake, So Dakota, Wm. D. Fudge, of Augusta, Ks; Mrs. W.J. Templeton and Mrs. Ernest Copeland of Hutchinson, Ks; Mrs. J. M. Love and George and Lawrence of Piedmont, Ks; and a large number of grand children and great-grandchildren, most of whom were in attendance at the funeral.

Farewell, dear mother, sweet thy rest.
weary with years and worn with pain;
Farewell till in some happy place
We shall behold thy happy face again.
'Tis ours to miss you all our years,
And tender memories of thee keep
Thine in the Lord to rest, for so
He giveth His beloved sleep.
