Tobi, a Telecommunicator for McLean County (IL) 911 Communications Center, died on Wednesday, January 5, 2005. She was diagnosed with Leukemia in January 2004.

Tobi was a wonderful person. Well liked by her friends and co-workers. She was an outstanding employee. She touched the lives of many people and will be missed.
