Jack Phillips was survived by his children, Lucille and Bobby, along with several granchildren and great-grandchildren. I remember him being a kind and gentle man who usually wore overalls.

He became my step-grandfather when my mother married his son. I will forever cherish the love that he & his wife, Verbie showed me. And the wonderful son that they raised.
