Son of Kim Knerler and Mike Ward,Big Brother of Ciana Dai Knerler..He had lived only a few days and gave so much joy...He was born on Jan. 16,1996@ 10:00am and died on Jan 27,1996 @ 04:53am at Fairfax Hospital.( Spooky Thing is Ciana was born at 4:53 pm at another hospital 2 yrs later)And a couple hours later,after my sister picked him up under his arms(WE HAVE THIS ON VIDEO) he had a look of being in pain on his sweet little face..I kept telling the nurse there was somthing wrong with him,but they kept telling me nothing was wrong with him and it was a new mother thing (I should have sued)..so 3 days later I took him home and he was doing everything normal..so then the next day I put him onto my parents bed and jumped into the shower..after I got out and picked him up he was very hot, took his rectal temp and it was 104.6.. called the Ped's Doc.. I rushed him over to the hospital and we immediatly went to PICU...They worked on him for 5 days..The Docs didn't know what was wrong with him..So after a long talk with family and GOD, I made the gut wrenching decision to let him go..so then we decided to have an autopsy done, And it came back that he had died of Encephalitis and Liver Failure...These are the only pictures I have of him. I took 10 rolls of film to the hospital and did 5 rolls at home and only 1 picture came out, the one of him in the casket. That was the most devestating time other then losing him that I had in my life.THANK YOU TO PHOJOE.COM FOR FILLING THE HOLE IN MY HEART AND NOW I KNOW WHAT DYLAN LOOKS LIKE WHEN HE IS 5,10 AND 15..HIS FATHER IS GOING TO GET ME 3 DIFFERENT AGES FOR MOTHERS DAY:)
