Daughter of Allen Blue Carmen and Clara Ethel Burks. Married Robert Hillary Collier on June 26, 1938 in Loraine, Texas. A marriage that lasted 63 years. They moved to Odessa, Texas in 1944 from Bisbee, Az. Had two daughters, Janice Fay and Bobbie Gayle. She and her husband, were the owners of Collier's Laundromat for over 20 years. She was active in the activities at the Northside Senior Citizens Center. An avid skipbo player until she lost her eyesight from diabetes. Voluntaried her time at the local Food Bank. Was a member of the Rhythm Band. Was also a member of the Central Baptist Church. Cause of death: Kidney Failure due to diabetes.
