She married Gerald "Jerry" Dixon August 26, 1934. Ann and Jerry were parents to 3 daughters.

Ann was a member of the Munith United Methodist Church and St Paul's United Methodist Church and it's Sarah Circle, Monroe, Michigan - During her lifetime she was active in WSCS and United Methodist Women at Church. She also was a member of the Munith United Methodist Church from 1934 to 1973. She belonged to several golf and bowling leagues and she and Gerald belonged to several Square Dance clubs which danced Western Style Square Dancing. She was also active in the Jackson County Farm Bureau Women's Committee serving as President and Secretary-Treasurer. Ann was a Munith 4-H leader for many years and a Life member of the Monroe County Historical Society. She was active in Frenchtown, Bedford, Monroe and Dundee Senior Citizens Groups. She retired as a telephone operator from Michigan Bell, having worked in Jackson and Lansing, Michigan, in 1979 with 24 1/2 years of service. After Jerry's death she married Gerald A. Lambertson, April 21, 1973, they divorced and she married Walter Burrows, June 20, 1980 and that marriage ended in divorce.

She is a descendent of mayflower passenger and signer of the Mayflower Compact, Richard Warren.
