Son of Louisa Drummond and Benjamin Rucker.

Allen married Mary Sophronia Folden on Sept 15, 1896 in Fillmore Co, Nebraska. About 1901 he and Mary moved to Enid, Garfield Co, Oklahoma with their two young sons, Albert and Earl. Another child, Vernon was born after they arrived. Allen lived only a few years in Oklahoma before he died in 1904. Mary never remarried and is buried next to Allen.
