Irvin Blinco, 74, of Merrillville, In. Formerly of East Chicago, In. Passed away Wednesday, October 13,1999. He was a member of the Peace United Church of Christ, a proud WW II Navy Veteran, member of American Legion Post 430, retired from LTV Steel. Preceded in death by his wife, Mildred, and brother Howard. Survived by children, Frank Blinco of Portage, Debra (Tom) Miller of Portage and Kenneth (Pat} Blinco of Shipshewanna, In. 8 Grandchildren; 1 great grandson; 1 brother, Edward of Martins Ferry, Ohio.
