Although I never met Mr. Kyle, I have heard nothing but wonderful stories about him and wish I would have been blessed enough to have met him. Jasper was a dairy farmer and when his youngest son, Ray returned from World War II Ray started a dairy farm and had his father, Jasper manage it for him. The dairy was in Adamsville, Alabama. After several years, Jasper's youngest son decided to move his family to Florida. Jasper spent many winters with them in Florida and his wife would come with him some of the time but for the most part she preferred to stay in Alabama where she was close to her family, friends, and especially her church family. Mr. Kyle enjoyed gardening, scuba diving, and teaching his grandchildren everything he could. He was a man of few words but when he did speak it was in your best interest to listen because if he was talking it was something truly worth listen to. He worked hard to support his family and did not quit working until his health got so bad he could not even work in his garden anymore. He was truly an admirable man and what a better place this world would be with more men like him. He was a true inspiration to his grandsons.
