Rosa was the daughter of Erhard Weber and Julianna Eff. She married C. Leo Hickey on June 29, 1907 in St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church in downtown Baltimore. Together they had six children, Charles, Ann(a), Theresa, Julia, Joseph and Dorothy. She died at the age of 41. Although her 12 grandchildren never knew her, her memory has been kept alive by her children and through family heirlooms passed down.
