Loving son of Bessie Gail and Harlan Anthony Felton, brother of Forrest, John, Harold, Gladys and Audra, husband to Helen G. Davis and father of Ricky, Linda Kay and Bonnie Sue. Moved with family to California in 1956 to start a new job. Died on the afternoon of March 17th, 1957, his wife's birthday. Hoy's wife and three children are still living.
