He was a former Navy pilot and had been flying commercial jets since 1985. Victor was from Lower Makefield Township and a captain on United Airlines Flight 175. He is survived by his wife, Ellen L., formerly of Long Island New York; 2 daughters, Kirsten and Brielle; his mother, Anne, of Atlantic City, New Jersey; a sister, Joanne and a brother-in-law, Dominick Renzi, both of Franklinville, New Jersey.
