Hilda Marie Neufeld was the third of four children born to Jacob Henry Neufeld and Helena Reimer. She lived her entire life in Kansas. She married Jacob "Jake" Friesen on April 4, 1937 in Goessel, Kansas. Jake and Hilda had one son. They would have almost 65 years together before her death.
