My truly wonderful Great Grandfather. I was his shadow and followed him around everywhere. I miss him so very much.

Loving husband of Lena Fiene . He was a very hard working man all his life, even when he should have been resting, there was always something to do. He loved smoking a pipe and used Plow Boy Tobacco. I have his last can of tobacco in my country kitchen. He enjoyed
wearing a hat on his head, working out in his beautiful yard, and spending time with his family.

A volunteer fireman for the Addison Fire Department for many years. He was employed by the Elmhurst Stone Quarry...
My parents and I lived in his home with him and it was
a blessing. There was a wonderful old stove in the
basement where we would bake lots of pumpkin pies. For
many years my mom used my great grandparents ringer
washer, until the day when it no longer would function.

He had a laugh that was contagious and the most loving
smile, even with the pipe in his mouth.

He was the 6th child out of 15 born to Adolph Fiene and Caroline Fiene He is loved and missed everyday by his family.

My great grandfather used Wilhelm as much as he used William. I placed Wilhelm on here because, it's the name he chose to be placed on the gravestone.

thank you so much Ally for sponsoring my great grandfathers memorial. your kindness has touched my heart...
