Hubert married his wife Catherine, on July 4, 1924 sitting in a model T. Their marriage lasted 61 years until his death caused by lung cancer. Catherine died 2 years later. Hubert worked for Amerada Hess Corp for 43 years and when he retired he had not missed one single day of work. He was the father of Curtiss Andrew (d.1-29-78), Wanda Jean "Jeanie" and Barbara "Gail" (Gail married Henry Wills). He loved his family and came to love the Lord Jesus as well.
