Roy O. Mingus,70, died July 14,1996 at Hendricks Community Hospital, Danville. Mingus was a U.S. navy veteran, serving in World War II and a member of St. Suanna Catholic Church. He worked as a mill operator at Bridgeport Brass for 35 years, retiring in 1985.Services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 17, at St. Susanna Catholic Church with entombment following at Calvary Mausoleum in Indianapolis.Mingus was preceded in death by his wife, Yolanda Inserra Mingus and is survived by two sons: Roy r. and Gregory D Mingus; one Daughter, Stephanie J. Wynne; three brothers: Robert, Phillip and James Mingus; two sisters: Tina Woodall and Phyllis Harris, and four grandchildren.
