Charles Campbell Blanton, 87, of Nanz Avenue, died Friday at Humana Hospital-Suburban. He was a retired inspector for Henry Vogt Machine Co. and a member of St Matthews Baptist Church. Survivors include several cousins. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel in Evergreen Cemetery, with entombment to follow there. There will be no visitation. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Kosair Charities. Pearson's is in charge of arrangements.
