Husband of Sabina Celstia(Moulton)Lunt they married 8/20/1860. Samuel H. Lunt parents Capt.Samuel Allen Lunt b.1797 d.1836 off Cape May NJ. body never found and Abigail Libby (Morrison) Lunt. Samuel Henry Lunt born 2/13/1834 Newbury Mass. died 7/28/1865 in Alabama of brain fever from the Civil War. Samuel's parents and siblings all buried his plot in Newbury MA.
His wife Sabina and baby Sara made a unsuccessful attempt to join her husband in Knoxville TN during his illness but was persuaded by General Tecumseh Sherman with whom she had a personal relationship through her family to give it up.
