Graveside memorial services for Ethan Bass Sobin, 27, of Plano, were held at 10:00am, Saturday, June 30, 2012, at Oakland Cemetery, Terrell, TX, under the direction of Hiett's LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point, TX. Ethan passed away at his home in Plano on June 12, 2012. Ethan Bass Sobin was born in Korea on March 20, 1985. He was adopted by his parents, Claudett Bass and Paul Sobin when he was eighteen months old and at that time came to the United States to make his home. He lived in Los Angeles, CA. before moving to Texas at the age of sixteen. After graduation from Plano Senior High School in 2003, Ethan attended Collin County Community College. Among his many interests, Ethan enjoyed motor cycling, skateboarding, computers and today's technology. He was very well thought of and loved by his friends and those he came in contact with. Ethan is preceded in death by his mother, Claudett Bass. He is survived by his father, Paul Sobin of Canton; brother, Christian Waller of Canton; and many other relatives and friends.
