Jimmy Randall Harrison, 70, of Mountainburg passed away Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, in a local hospital.

He was a retired foreman for the Arkansas Highway Department with 28 years of service. He was a member of Chester Freewill Baptist Church and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a twin brother, Jackie; and a granddaughter, Martha Mae Harrison.

Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Chester Freewill Church with the Rev. Bob Gilstrap and the Rev. Herb Wages officiating with burial with military honors at Vaught Cemetery near Mountainburg under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

Survivors are his wife, Ellen Harrison of the home; two daughters, Patricia Adams and Margie Moore, both of Mountainburg; two sons, Roger Harrison and Jonathan Harrison, both of Mountainburg; three sisters, LaDonna Grubbs, Connie House and Becky Jane Parr, all of Mountainburg; two brothers, Jack Harrison and Dan Harrison, both of Mountainburg; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be John Karstens, Doug Pense, Joe Shaffer, Dale Wimberly, Don Pense and Dwight Pense.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dee Seratt, members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 8855 in Mountainburg, Bobby Dean, Emery Adams, Will Faulkner and Timothy Moore.

The family will visit with friends and relatives Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson St., Van Buren.

Graveside service with military honors will be provided by the VFW Post No. 8855 of Mountainburg.
