Mrs. Elizabeth Jane Cowling, 86, resident of Channing for 45 years died at
1:30 a.m. last night at the home of her son, Oliver Raymond, after an illness
of 2 months. Born in Michott, Wisconsin, she is survived by a daughter,
Mrs. Anna Stender, Milwaukee; a brother, James Anderson, Pontiac;
a sister, Mrs. Betsy Frizell; 14 grandchildren & 26 great-grandchildren.
