He had been employed at the Midway Garage in Wilton.
Mr. Hill was born Dec. 15, 1889. He married Mildred Thurston on April 12, 1952, at Muscatine.
Survivors include the widow; a sister, Martha Frederick of Davenport; three step-sons and one step-daughter.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday Nov. 9 at Griffith Funeral home, Wilton. Rev. Paul Boaz will officiate. Burial will be at Oakdale cemetery.
