Funeral service for Martin J. Ausmondson, 69, will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Miller & Tracey. Mr. Ausmundson died Saturday at the Stanford Rose rest home, 1435 S.E. Hawthorne boulevard. He had been ill for a year with cancer. He was born July 18, 1888, in Climax, Minn., coming to Oregon in 1926. He worked as a truck driver and gardener.
Surviving are his mother, Anna, Climax, Minn.; two daughters, Thelma Spraker, Portland, and Myrtle Luckett, Long Beach, Cal., and three grandchildren.
