May Barratt Funeral Held In Portland

Funeral services were held Monday, March 1, in Portland for a former resident of McMinnville, Mrs. May Belle Barratt of Portland. She was the daughter of McMinnville pioneers, Mr. and Mrs. Meltire Winegar.

She was the beloved wife of William J. Barratt; mother of Mrs. Verna Hoffman of Dayton, Mrs. Grace Elsasser of Portland, William J. Barratt Jr., Centralia, Jack E. Barratt, Portland; sister of Willard Winegar, Mrs. Minta Jones of Salem and Mrs. Joseph Monto of Portland; also five grandchildren.

Funeral services were read at the chapel of McGinnis and Wilhelm of Portland. Interment at Riverview cemetery.
