Jane Blank
Jane Blank, 64, 306 Jackson Ave., died at 7:05 p.m. Saturday at St.John's Medical Center here following a short illness.
She was born Jan.24, 1917, at Neck City and had lived all of her life in the Joplin area. She married Richard H. Blank Sr. on March 3, 1049, in Tulsa. He died in March 1980. She was formerly employed as an Avon Representative and had worked at North Junior High School. She was a member of the Senior Citizens, the VFW Auxiliary and the Duquesne Christian Church.
Survivors include four sons, Robert Blank, Richard Blank and Ronald Owens, all of Joplin, and David Blank, Webb City; one daughter, Barbara Musgrave, Joplin, three brothers, Lynn Conway, Tyler Texas, John Conway, Corsicana, Texas, and Harold Conway, Eagan, Minn., two sisters Louella Fredrick, Corsicana, and Marjorie Loffredo, Hicksville, N.Y., eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Mason-Woodard Chapel with Rev. Larry Church officiating. Burial will be in Fariview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Louie Ochsenbein, Charles Plummer, Danny Stockburger, Gary Duley, Perry Smith and David Jones.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. The Lady Bugs auxiliary will sit as a group at the service.
