Lloyd J. Blair, 88, of Vanderbilt, died Friday, Aug 10, 2001, at 12:20 p.m., in his home. He was born March 29, 1913, in Virgin Run, PA, a son of the late Jesse Washabaugh and Tena L. Brown Blair. He was member of Flatwoods Baptist Church and a former member of Curfew Grange. Lloyd was a lifelong farmer.

Surviving are a daughter, Yvonne Blair-Cossell Morgan of Vanderbilt; a son; Richard W. Blair and wife, Lana, of Vanderbilt; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel R. Zimmerman Blair.

Friends will be received in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home Inc., 106 E. Independence St., Perryopolis, Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m., Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until 11 a.m., the hour of service with Pastor Gary L. Alberding officiating. Interment will follow in Bowman-Flatwoods Cemetery, Vanderbilt RD1
