After moving from Wausau to Tomahawk in 1918, Albert Kahn built and operated Kahn's Resort on Lake Alice.. It later became known as Red Arrow Lodge.

Albert Kahn operated a resort, now known as the Red Arrow Lodge from 1918 until shortly before World War II, when he went into the tavern business in Tomahawk. His resort was often used as a training headquarters for professional boxers.
