Sarah Couch was a skilled seamstress, and when her husband died, she took a job making furniture upholstery at Jennings Furniture Company on Main Street in downtown Denison.

• William Ernest Couch, born on 3 July 1912; died on 30 March 1988

• Orville E. Couch, born on 22 July 1917; died on 31 March 1974
