Daughter and namesake of her mother, Harriet Hedges Cilley. She married Benjamin Franklin Bedinger, Jr., first, and married Mr Alphonse C. Turner, secondly. See p38, The Cilley Genealogy by JP Cilley of Rockland. There it names her three children with Mr Bedinger and one child (so far) with Mr Turner. She married 19 May 1863, first, and married secondly 25 Nov 1874 to Mr. Turner. They were residents of Ross, Butler, OH [p38, The Cilley Genealogy by JP Cilley of Rockland ].So during her first marriage she would have been Hattie C Bedinger (for possible picture identification, if any). In Hazel Stroup's wonderful book series on Butler Co cemeteries, a Hattie C Turner, died 8 Feb 1902, age 58 yrs [p63,vol8, PLCHC] is listed so I have added this nickname. The 1900 Fed Census tells us that the Turner children included Leigh C Turner (21), Clayton H Turner (19), Elizabeth S Turner (16), Mary Turner (14).[Place: Ross, Butler, Ohio; Roll: 1244; Page: 10A; Enumeration District: 0028; FHL microfilm: 1241244]

Other Turner clues: The 1880 Fed Census shows an Edna M Turner, three yrs older than Leigh.[Source Citation: Year: 1880; Census Place: Ross, Butler, Ohio; Roll: 997; Family History Film: 1254997; Page: 259C; Enumeratn District: 029; Image: 0079]; A WWI Draft Registration card exists for lawyer, Leigh Cilley Turner, Webster Groves, MO, who also seems to have Worldcat entries (editor of legal publications) and a Wikipedia entry (football player and coach); this is Hattie's son, Leigh Cilley Turner (1879/1971), Oakwood Cem., Kirkwood, St Louis Co., MO.[bio by DBardes, findagraver]
