Sally V. Colado, nee Martin, age 71, previously of Columbus, Ohio, currently of Hudson, Florida, passed away November 8, 2012. Sally was born and raised in Columbus, daughter of the late David and Effie May. Also preceded in death by her beloved husbands Fred Martin and Johnnie Colado. Sally graduated from Central High School, Class of 1960, where she was affectionately known as "Blondie" by many. She retired from Parker Hannifin Corp., where she worked as a production coordinator. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge and the Central High School Alumni Association. Sally was a very compassionate and creative woman who had a feisty personality. She had a great sense of humor and loved to dance, but most of all, Sally enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by her loving daughters, Teresa (Andrew) Stevens, Jodi (Mike) Miller, Tamara Wright and Jackie (Dave) Ferree; sisters, Rosie (Les) Weatherford and Helen (Keith) Lawson; dog, J.J.; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many other extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, where family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday.
