She was born in Council Bluffs, on September 24, 1925, to the late Rollie and Rose (Schaller) Falknor.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward "Red" Brinkman; 2nd husband, Paul Palmer; grandson, Jeff Lewis; granddaughter, Michelle Anderson.
Ruth is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn and Richard Schraeder and Jean and Richard Anderson; sister, Thora Kephart; brothers, Lowell Falknor (Linda) and Darwin Falknor (Betty); 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
