Gladyce Onita (Burnett), 91, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2002 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born December 6, 1910 in Asher, Oklahoma to Charles R. and Harriet (Townsend) Burnett. Gladyce is preceded in death by her husband, Thurman Taft Milford, and nine siblings. She is survived by two daughters; Mona L. Snyder and her husband, Jerry of Piedmont and Maurita G. Ammons and her husband, Josh of Abilene, Texas. Gladyce is also survived by four grandchildren; Janna Boyer and her husband John of Stillwater, Gina Jessup and her husband Danny of Oklahoma City, Kevin Snyder and his wife Melissa of Edmond, and Dia Yager and her husband, Todd of Piedmont. Gladyce leaves 15 great-grandchildren who cherish her memory; Andrea, Cassidy, Lacy and Amanda Boyer, Angela and Natalie Jessup, Kirsten, Lauren, Jennifer, Sheridan and Macy Snyder, and Kayla, Chase, Jacob and Tresha Yager. Surviving sisters of Gladyce are Peg Price of Bulverde, Texas and Mildred Price of Stratford, Oklahoma. With respect to Gladyce's wishes, services will be private. The family wishes to acknowledge the numerous family and friends that will greatly miss this incredible woman for her lifetime of love and support. Online tributes may be sent through www.mem.com.
