Ruth N. Wagner, 90, a resident of the Mennonite Home, 1520 Harrisburg Pike, died there Sunday morning. A former Lebanon resident, she was the wife of the late Hugh B. wagner Sr., who died in 1972. She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Rohrerstown. Born in Shartlesville, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Clara Moyer Hoffman. Surviving are three children: R. Phyllis Dominguez, Berlin, Germany; Betty, wife of James Atkinson, Lancaster; and Hugh B. Jr., Harrisburg; nine grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. (Lancaster New Era - Nov 20, 1989)
