Stella Philipkosky Bandini, 100, of Charleroi, died on Friday, Nov. 9, 2012. Born Oct. 26, 1912, in Tarentum, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Barbara Ciszekski Philipkosky. She was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church, and a former employee of Corning Glass, both in Charleroi. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Nato Bandini, in 1988; sisters, Sabina Nemcheck, Wanda Walenta, Eleanor Buraczewski and Helen Regula; and brothers, John, Edward and Walter Philipkosky.
