Ann Leone Crawford, 44, of 4656 N. Frace St., a retired registered nurse, died Monday.

A Stadium High School graduate, she attended the University of Puget Sound and graduated from the Tacoma General Hospital School of Nursing. She was born in Seattle and had lived in Tacoma 20 years.

Mrs. Crawford was a member of Brigham Orthopedic Guild, the American Nurses Association and St. Luke's Episcopal Church. She also had managed a fishing charter service at Westport.

Among survivors are two daughters, Melba Ann and Maria Lynn Crawford, both of Martinez, Ga.; a sister, Helen Sohlberg of Tacoma, and a brother, Joe Sohlberg of Edmonds.

Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Luke's Episcopal Church with Father Gerald S. Snapp officiating. Interment will follow at New Tacoma Cemetery. Buckley-King at Brookside is in charge of arrangements.
