Looking at the 1820 U.S. census which reflects 1 male in the Henry Fogler household as being 45 or over, then 1775 is still a viable year, but he would not have been 79 years of age at date of death, if he died in 1850, and he would have been 83 years of age or more had he lived to 1858.
On page 60 of the above stated book, it states that Henry was born in 1773 and that he was a "Yeoman & Farmer".
