Frank Bollman, son of Wm. Bollman, a farmer on section six in Union, was instantly killed by a falling tree on his father's farm Tuesday at noon. The young man and his father were engaged cutting logs and had stopped for dinner, the father going to the house and Frank started to cut down a tree after a squirrel. The tree fell upon him, crushing his head. Coronor May was summoned and went to the scene of the accident but decided an inquest unnecessary.
