Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Mengel Abbott, who died Saturday at her home in the Roland Park Apartments, will be held at 2 P.M. today from the home of her son, C. Webster Abbott, Jr., 641 West University Parkway. The Rev. A. E. Swift, of St. David's Episcopal Church will officiate. Interment will be in Loudon Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Abbott was the widow of Cornelius W. Abbott, founder of C. W. Abbott & Co.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Daniel Summers, of Toledo, Ohio, two sons, C. Frederick and C. Webster Abbott, Jr., both of Baltimore, and four sisters, the Misses Estelle A. and Leila R. Mengel, both of Blue Ridge Summit, Pa., and Mrs. Grace M. Cord and Mrs. Edward H. Mealy, both of Baltimore.
