History: Dora was baptized into the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 04 April 1897 by Elder Frank Renfroe, who also confirmed her into the church. She was the first secretary of the RLDS Ladies Auxiliary in its early year of organization at Davidson. For many years of her younger life she was a very successful Sunday School Teacher in her church. A devout Christian, Mother and companion. She was a farmer's wife and they lived about a mile west of Davidson on 160 acres. The Skinner Family had many a reunions at their home.
