Nancy L. Bowman, age 65, of Gahanna, passed away, Thursday, November 15, 2012. She was born to the late Louis and Betty Jean Bowman in Ironton, OH on December 24, 1946.
Nancy graduated from Ironton High School in 1964 and Holzer School of Nursing in 1967. She moved to Columbus in 1968. She worked at Children's Hospital for 5 years and worked at Mt. Carmel East and West for 26 years. Nancy dedicated her life in service of others. Recently, she retired from Homewatch Caregivers. She has been fighting a courageous battle since 1999. She will be dearly missed by all.
She is survived by
her sisters, Judy A. Bowman of Gahanna and Peggy Jean (Christopher) Bowman Hutchison of W.VA;
nephew, Steven Bowman of Gahanna;
cousins, extended family, friends;
her beloved cats.
