William T. Galloway was a Minister in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In Church records he went by W T Galloway.

The Cumberland Presbyterian, September 18, 1919, pg. 14-15
Reverend W. T. Galloway
On April 7, 1919, the Cumberland Presbyterian Church lost one of its best and most consecrated ministers when Rev. W. T. Galloway departed this life. Brother Galloway was born August 18, 1850, professed faith in Christ at the age of 16 years and joined the old Knob Lick Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Davies County, now known as Pleasant Hill, where he served his Church as a deacon, elder, and for many years was its pastor.
He married October 11, 1870, to Miss Lizzie [sic: Elizabeth O. Shockley], to which union were born five children, four of whom are still living: Mrs. Leonard Galloway, Mrs. Susan McDonald, Mrs. Cora Galloway and Mrs. Mary Bibb.
Brother Galloway had been preaching for twenty-five years and was always ready to brave the summer's heat and the winter's cold to get to his appointments. Few, if any of our ministers have had more sacrifices and done more hard work for our Church than this brave soldier of the cross, who never sought the easy places to work for his Master.
He will be missed in his Church courts where his counsel was valuable. He attended the meeting of Kentucky Synod just previous to his death which was caused by the "flue."
The writer delivered the funeral message to a large and sorrowing congregation of relatives and friends, after which he was laid to rest in Sacramento Cemetery. Thus the Church loses an able supporter, his sorrowing wife, a loving husband, and his children a dutiful father, his brothers and sisters and relatives a devoted brother and friend and the community an exemplary life. Rev. F. A. Grundy, Sacramento, Ky.
