ONE NEW DEATH OF INFLUENZA

Mr. and Mrs. Floyd C. Vaughan, of 1218 West Sixth street, mourn the loss of their little daughter, Bernice Jean, who passed away at the home about three o'clock this morning, death resulting from influenza. The little one has been seriously ill for the past several days. The little son of Mr. and Mrs. Vaughan is also seriously ill and is not yet out of danger. Mr. and Mrs. Vaughan have likewise been quite ill but are said to be improved. This makes the eighteenth death in the county resulting from influenza up to the present time. Funeral services will be held on tomorrow morning at ten o'clock from the home of the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Birk, 503 East Eighth street, and will be private. Rev. Dungan, of the Congregational church will officiate. The sympathy of the many friends of the family is extended to them in their bereavement.
