Services were held Thursday for Wilfred H. Chambers 69 of Elyrio, who died at Elyria Memorial Hospital Tuesday morning.
He was born in Valier Pa and resided in this area six years ago.
Mr. Chambers retired in 1974 after 17 years as a guard for the Pinkerton Corporation. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife Delphine M. Chambers (nee Battisti), daughter Mrs. Ray Buzaleski of Elyria, son Gary L. Chambers of Atlanta Ga., six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Services were held at the Curtis-Scheuffler Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronald Welsh officiating
Interment was in Brookdale Cemetery
