Mr. Ledbetter attended Davidson College 1922-24, and received a Bachelors of Architecture from Alabama Polytechnic Institute in 1927. After running his own office, he went into partnership and the office became Ledbetter and Earle in 1946. This firm later became Ledbetter, Earle and White. Some of his buildings include: Lutheran Church, Anderson, 1939; First Federal Savings and Loan, Anderson, 1953; First Baptist Church, Hartwell, GA, 1964; and Belton-Honea Path High School, Belton, SC 1965. Mr. Ledbetter was a member of the Kiwanis and the American Institute of Architects.
