Cordie was a very sweet lady.
She was due to marry my Grandpa, Lewis Romines just before he passed away.
She would have made a great second wife for him and someone I would have been proud to call my Grandma.

I remember that she had a little tan and black pug that she called Pugsy :o) and lots, and lots of Cats and Kittens.
I loved visiting with her, so that I could play with all the Kittens.

For Christmas one year my Mom gave my Grandpa a little black Cocker Spaniel that he named Pupsy.
Grandpa took Pupsy everywhere he went and Pupsy just adored my Grandpa, as all his dogs did.

When Grandpa passed away Cordie tried to keep Pupsy with her to take care of him, but he disappeared for a long time and she finally thought to look at my Grandpa's house, and there she found him lying on the front porch waiting for my Grandpa to come home.
She loaded him up in the car and each time he had the chance he would run as fast as he could, straight back to Grandpa's house.
He wouldn't eat or drink and Pupsy ended up greiving himself to death.
Cordie was just heartbroke over this, because now she had lost them both.
She was such a sweet lady with an even sweeter heart,
who's presence definitely made a difference in this world.

I miss you very much Cordie and I will be so happy to see you again someday in Heaven.
With loving thoughts and precious memories of you, always.
