Mrs. Hobbs was born Jan. 28, 1906, in Greenfield, Mo., to Jasper and Rosetta England. On April 14, 1924, she married Frank Hobbs in Fort Morgan. They were the developers of the Hobbs housing addition in Fort Morgan. She was active with the Fort Morgan senior citizens and enjoyed fishing and craftwork including knitting and crocheting.
Survivors include three children, Barbara Denes and Howard Hobbs, both of Fort Morgan, and Harold Hobbs of Greencove, Fla.; 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother, 11 sisters and her parents.
A memorial service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan. Services will conclude at the mortuary.
