MRS. MCLELLAN DIES, FUNERAL IS WEDNESDAY
Widow of Dentist Prominent Here for Many Years
Mrs. J.F. McLellan, 79, widow of a long prominent Moberly dentist, died 5 o'clock this morning in Woodland Hospital, where she had been a patient about one week. She lives at 609 Adams Avenue.
Mrs. McLellan is survived by two sons, Dr. J.M. McLellan, Danville, Ill., and Dr. R.W. McLellan, Carthage, Ill., both dentists: two grandsons, J.M. McLellan, Jefferson City, and John M. McLellan, Carthage, student in Purdue University; and a great-granddaughter, Mary Ann McLellan, Jefferson City.
Mrs. McLellan was a charter member of Coates Street Presbyterian Church and was a member of Sorosis.
The body is in the Mahan Funeral Parlors. Services will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon by her pastor, the Rev. Robert N. Allen, with burial in Oakland Cemetery. It has not yet been decided if funeral services will be held in Mahan chapel or in Mrs. McLellan's church.
