Don was an award winning mechanical engineer and patent holder with Texas Instruments. After retiring from Texas Instruments, he worked for a couple of years helping a startup company that would ultimately become Dell Computers. In his retirement, he also became an award winning writer and photographer. He loved learning new things, going new places, meeting new people and had an insatiable curiosity.
He was raised as Master Mason in Dallas, Texas at the Hillcrest Lodge #1318, and later joined the Elgin Lodge #328, where he served in various positions, including Worshipful Master. He was also a proud member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Don is preceded in death by his parents, John Thomas and Jessie Faye Morrow.
He is survived by the light of his life for over 50 years, Glenda Bailey Morrow and his two children, John Morrow and Elizabeth Morrow.
