He is survived by his three daughters; Zoe, Elizabeth, and Olivia, his parents, Larry and Gay Lee Appleberry; three sisters, Eugenia (Brad) Andersen, Mary Frances (Philip) Nelson, and Chelsea (A.J.) Sawaqdeh; three brothers, Justin (Lilli), Matthew (Shannon) and Patrick; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A memorial mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church in Lebanon. Inurnment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Disabled American Veterans.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home & Crematory of Olathe, Kan.
